WWD Review

Two weeks ago we launched Griffin Hartland in Tokyo, Japan. The show was a roaring success and we can't wait for the gear to hit stores in the fall. Women's Wear Daily seem to think it was pretty good too and gave up quite a spread in yesterday's edition. Keep an eye on the Griffin Hartland website for news and updates!

SS12 Bearskin

The sun continues shine down here in Devon so we took the opportunity to get outside and un zip the new Spring/Summer 12 Bearskin...... Articulated though the body, this jacket is fi nished with black waterproof taped zips along the side seams and underarms, which can be opened as pit zips for ventilation, or fully unzipped to open into the Bearskin shape. The Technical Bearskin is made in Bircam, a fully water proof 3 layer fabric but mixing it up with a vintage double twill, not easy to mix these together as,normally technical is technical and vintage is vintage but we have pushed our manufacturer and washer to work on this development, using bonded seams, water proof zips, but with a vintage sand blast and a new wash system. And as you can see this mix creates a stunning and graphic look!
